We understand that sometimes item(s) don’t work out. Please see the following on how to return purchased item(s). Due to COVID - 19 and extreme measures, per boutique policies some things have changed!
What items are able to be returned?
- If item was broken or missing anything.
- Stained or unable to be used or worn.
- Did not fit or did not like the fitting.
What items can not be returned ?
- hair accessories
- Bags
- Jewelry
- “Final Sale” Items
- Purchases that are discounted
How to return item:
Please email: Kayslaceboutique@gmail.com on what issue you had with your item and if it is eligible for return.
You will be required to pay shipping cost back if item needs to be shipped. In effort to keep prices low and affordable, all qualified returns must be issued store credit. (Your store credit will be In form of a code that will be used during next check out). Returned merchandise cannot be worn, washed, stained, in used condition, must have tag still attached and be in original form.
Item that appear worn, used, deodorant smell, stained will not be eligible for return.
All eligible items must be shipped or retrieved back within 14 days. Shipping chargers are non-refundable.
When would I get my store credit?
Once item is checked for security on the criteria met, you will receive an email back from the email you sent your claim too with a code for you and you only.
